TERMS OF USE
Last updated 29 July 2026
Draft pending legal review. These terms were prepared without professional legal advice and have not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in any jurisdiction. They are published in good faith as a plain statement of how this protocol works and on what basis it is offered — not as a complete or jurisdiction-specific legal instrument.
1. What Wolf Street is
Wolf Street is a set of autonomous smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain, plus this website, which is an optional interface for interacting with them. The contracts run without our involvement. We do not take custody of your assets, hold your keys, execute trades on your behalf, or act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or financial intermediary of any kind.
This site is a convenience. The contracts can be used without it, and its availability is not guaranteed.
2. What a wolf is and is not
A wolf is a non-fungible token. Owning one entitles you to: control of its associated ERC-6551 account, the ability to activate it, the ability to claim tokens allocated to it by the distributor contract, the ability to borrow against and redeem its escrowed backing, and the ability to transfer or sell it.
Owning a wolf does not give you: equity or shares in any company or in Wolf Street; any ownership of, claim on, or economic interest in any real-world corporation; any voting or governance right; any real dividend; any right to profits; any employment, partnership or agency relationship; or any intellectual property rights beyond a personal, non-exclusive licence to display the artwork associated with your token.
Wolf Street is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc., any operator of Robinhood Chain, any issuer of tokenized stock tokens, or any company whose name or ticker appears on those tokens. Such names are used solely to identify the third-party tokens involved.
3. Eligibility
You may use the protocol only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, have full legal capacity to enter into these terms, and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law, sanctions regime or regulation. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are, including any restrictions your jurisdiction places on tokenized securities.
You may not use the protocol to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or in furtherance of any unlawful activity.
4. Risk acknowledgement
You confirm that you have read the Risk Disclosure and understand in particular that: payouts are funded by protocol fees paid by participants and not by any external business; the backing is denominated in WOLF and its value in any currency can fall to zero; the contracts are unaudited; and the owner key retains material powers until ownership is renounced. You accept these risks in full.
5. No advice and no fiduciary duty
Nothing published by Wolf Street constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell anything. We owe you no fiduciary duty. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys and seed phrases. We cannot recover them, reverse a transaction, recover funds sent to a wrong address, or restore access to a compromised wallet. You are responsible for verifying every contract address you interact with against the addresses published on this site, and for all taxes arising from your activity.
7. Protocol changes and administrative powers
Until ownership is renounced, the owner key may change protocol parameters as described on the transparency page. Such changes may materially affect the economics of a wolf you already hold. We will publish material parameter changes, but we are not obliged to give advance notice and on-chain state is always authoritative.
8. Third-party components
The protocol depends on components we do not control, including Robinhood Chain and its RPC endpoints, Uniswap V3 pools and routers, the issuers of tokenized stock tokens, the Pons Family launchpad, wallet software, and hosting and metadata providers. Their failure, restriction or discontinuation may impair or halt parts of the protocol. We accept no responsibility for third-party components.
9. Raid listings
Listings on the raid board are paid advertisements submitted by third parties. They are not endorsements, are not verified by us, and may be fraudulent. Do your own research before interacting with any listed project. We may delist any entry at our discretion, including suspected scams, without refund.
10. No warranty
The site and contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or freedom from defects or interruption. We do not warrant that the code is free of bugs or that the site or keeper will remain operational.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developers nor any contributor to Wolf Street shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, tokens, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or contracts — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and contributors of Wolf Street from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the protocol, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here, with its stated date, is the operative one. Continuing to use the site or contracts after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Severability and governing law
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Governing law and dispute resolution are to be specified following legal review; until then, no choice of law or forum is asserted, and nothing here waives any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence.
